Step 01

Stock arrives

Straight from the pressing plant or from your hallway. We book it in, count it and keep every movement on record, so you always know what is on the shelf and what left.

Step 02

Orders come in

Upload the export from your store, or type an order in by hand. Addresses get checked, duplicates get caught, and each order is matched to the release and version it is actually for.

Step 03

We ship

Picked, packed, labelled and handed over. Tracking numbers land back on the order the moment the label is printed — no chasing, no spreadsheets going back and forth.
